OUR PHILOSOPHY
We offer market cuisine with local, fresh and seasonal products.
Our vegetables come from the Libération market or 21 peasants. Our quality meat from the Formia butchery. Our organic eggs from La Plume Blanche in Vence. Our magnificent organic mushrooms from Le Vendeur de Champignons in Èze. The wines on the menu come from vines cultivated with respect for nature which reflect the terroir of the PACA region. Our beers are artisanally brewed in Nice by Blue Coast. Our Coffee is roasted in Nice by Café Indians.
